Representative example based on a fixed rate mortgage

A mortgage of £375,000 payable over 20 years initially on a fixed rate for 5 years at 4.38% and then at the standard variable rate of 7.65% for the remaining 15 years would require 60 monthly payments of £2,351.88 and then 180 monthly payments of £2,899.55.

Earl Shilton BS or now known as ESBS was founded in 1857 based in Leicestershire are a mutual organisation with a focus on helping borrowers find the right mortgage to suit their circumstances.

ESBS offer new purchase and remortgages with lending terms up to 40 years. First time buyers can borrow up to 92.5% loan to value (LTV).

Later life lending is available up to age 85 on a case by case basis.

Interest only is an option up to 50% LTV or part and part for higher LTVs.

ESBS are flexible with contractors and the self employed.

Remortgaging with ESBS
